Our sequins mermaid skirt is mint & is fully lined with an elastic waist & zipper down the back. The "fin" is a full twirl bottom.
The halter top has a seashell design front and an elastic back. The top is 100% cotton in a light purple color.
Comes with a star fish hair clip.
