The shoulder ties make the dress adjustable & allow for it to tie on the shoulders or all together in the back. The dress is a full twirl skirt with ruffled hem.
For wash care- wash on cold/delicate/ hang dry. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach or strong detergents. Do not use heat.
A stretch test is performed before each garment is shipped out.
