Listing is for layered tulle confetti dress.

Fabric is light weight & fully lined in white fabric, layered with white tulle & topped with confetti print mesh. The ties are light pink & have the pink pom pom detail on the trim. They can be tied on the shoulders or in the back.

Pair with our headband or party hat.

For wash care- wash on cold/delicate/ hang dry.
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach or strong detergents. Do not use heat.

A stretch test is performed before each garment is shipped out.
